So far, I appreciate the vast degree of control available to me. Many competitors offer similar end products, but they often reduce user choice in favor of a streamlined process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm in the early phases of understanding the system. the obvious tradeoff for this degree of complexity is it takes a while to understand. The only specific error I ran into is the support site requires login (nbd) but the links to specific help articles (appreciated) don't bypass the login page. so I have to separately access the support site and search for the help article after I know what it's called. What problems is Bonterra DonorDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to offer a wide range of regionally customized events and fundraisers for our national organization. We have many events that have little in common, rather than repeating the same event. Most competitors fall short in their ability to serve the needs of each event and local host. DonorDrive has repeatedly surprised me with what options are available for setting up campaigns.
