What do you like best about Bonterra CyberGrants?

I like the layout available to the user and that there are nice visuals when you open to the front page. There are multiple options for donations, and a tab where your company can show their individual answered questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra CyberGrants?

When using this program in the past, I found that it wasn't clear on certain giving match policies. This may have been a company specific issue, so I wouldn't hold it against the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bonterra CyberGrants:

I would recommend using this product especially for use at a large company. It encourages employees to donate when they know other people are contributing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra CyberGrants solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes donating to your community really simple. People are more likely to donate when they can see statistics on who else is helping, where the money is going, and how much it has supported people in the past. They don't provide donor information due to security reasons so it can be hard to send a tax-acknowledgment letter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely use this if it is easier for companies who are donating to your nonprofit. If it makes it easier for the company, it will be better for the org! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra CyberGrants solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use CyberGrants with JPMorgan Chase, and they allow us to input our own company IRS information and it is beneficial, because the company donating uses their own server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
