Sometimes the Java hangs, and the navigation for service notes is tedious, opening and closing each note is time-consuming. It also took me a while to get comfortable with the software initially. I do not like the way agency has set up our client photos.. it may have more security then our old way but having to upload photos with out a number makes it hard for front desk staff to identify quickly, to determine whether or not some one live in the assigned building. It consolidates all crucial information in one spot, enabling me to manage time effectively and respond to participants swiftly. I find the system challenging when it goes down or runs slow, as it complicates my workflow. Occasionally, the information generated by the system is duplicated in different spots, which can be confusing and time-consuming. There are so many things that I appreciate about the Apricot program by Bonterra. It is super easy to navigate and when doing intakes, it is almost impossible to miss anything required because it always lets you know when you try to save a step and go on to the next (which was extremely helpful when I first started using the program). I appreciate the ease in sending referrals and it has been super helpful when working with a new client coming from a different program to be able to see all the previous case notes. I would imagine that there are things that some people dislike but I personally do not have anything negative to say or anything I have found that I don't like.
