Having spent over 20 years in case management, I can confidently say that Apricot (Bonterra) is one of the best software options I've encountered. It's incredibly user-friendly; I was able to navigate it easily right after my first training session. What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? No dislikes as they have done a good job of addressing past issues throughout the years. Apricot is overall easy to use once a user is shown where different documents are located. Apricot has the capacity to hold a large amount of data, which makes it very functional for a large team with frequent uploads and changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? Apricot does not do a good job of saving data. As part of a very mobile traveling ECI team that is frequently on the go, my team and I have had many headaches with frequently unsaved and deleted documents that did not save between home visits. The glitch happens when my tabs are still open but after I travel from a home visit to my home office, Apricot restarts without indicating that it is about to close out. Then I continue typing in the note only to realize that it is not saving the new data that I just typed. I have to constantly hit the save button and hope that my clinical note saved. It creates headaches upon headaches, especially when an entire eval that I typed and finished in a visit at a client's home does not accurately save and will delete itself once I get home. The number of features is limited for the daily user like myself. It would be extremely beneficial to have a queue in the left side bar of current open notes that have not been signed or submitted to billing. This would allow for lost notes to be easily found and completed. Another feature would be an ability to set reminders for due dates and deadlines that could be color coded to categories such as upcoming in the next 2 weeks, 1 month, next 6 months, and urgent or overdue. These deadlines can be auto-calculated based on the entry date of the initial evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I like the easy-to-navigate system of Bonterra Apricot, which makes documenting straightforward. It becomes easier to manage my monthly reports, especially at the end of the month. The ability to make referrals and search for participants so that I can document in their files is really valuable to me.
