It holds our data... but it's the most expensive file system. I'd rather go back to paper files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? We've had this program for 5 years and are still lacking in reporting properly. We pay tens of thousands of dollars, more than our HR and Accounting software combined for a product that isn't the workhorse that you have promised it to be. We pay for an ASC and extra hours, but they haven't performed at a level that is helpful at all to us. I've had to reach out to other agencies personally to get anyone who has any idea of the things that we do, and we are hobbling along to get accurate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I am not aware of what problems Bonterra Apricot is solving. I do know that when there is a problem with Apricot that our folks let us know.
