What do you dislike about Bonterra Apricot? As we are learning about how to use all of the possibilities of Apricot, we are finding things that we can do better. Sometimes, it is our administrator adding new dropdown menus or boxes we can check off. I think some of the training could have covered more for our application. I like the ease of use compared to some othere electronic record programs that I have used in the past. I like the path feature that will walk you through the next steps of a specific new client. I have one time had to use the customer support feature and had no problems reaching the assistance that I needed. The program is easy to navigate on a daily basis. I can not think of anything that I do not like, I know that organizationally there are things that we would like to add to other things but we have not explored if the program will allow us to make those changes. Bonterra Case management helps my organization file each client and their needs in an orderly manner. We are able to document each client and the quantity of services required. Our organization offers many resources and this program allows us to monitor which clients are utilizing which resources.
