Samurai is a transport management system (TMS) for road hauliers and freight forwarders with their own trucks and charters, from container transport to distribution. One order runs through one system: from your customer's email to the booking in your accounting software. AI order entry: Samurai reads transport orders and attachments from your Microsoft 365 mailbox and prepares them as orders. One email with five containers becomes five orders. You only review what deviates. Planning board: open orders, your own fleet and charters on one screen, replacing the Excel sheet next to your TMS. Route, tolls and waiting time are calculated into a cost price next to your sales price, so you see the margin per trip before you plan. Planning rules block or warn, for example a truck without ADR or a driver with an expired certificate. Container transport: Portbase release, pre-notification and TAR on the order, container number checks, and ADR with UN number and class. Finance: invoices based on each customer's contract, including fuel surcharge, tolls and waiting time. Charter invoices are matched automatically against the trip and the agreed rate. Sales and purchase invoices are booked to Exact Online, AFAS or Twinfield. A driver app brings the signed CMR and POD into the trip file, also offline. Samurai adapts to how you work: your own rates, rules, fields and numbering. If something doesn't fit, Bonsai builds it. Pricing is public, per active truck per month, and you go live in weeks. Your data stays yours, runs in the EU and can always be exported. Samurai is developed by Bonsai Software in Rotterdam.
