As virtual classes tool is not flexible for teachers and interaction between participants is not organic. **Recommendations to others considering Bongo:** Evaluate similar tools and choose by tools response, functions, usability, and analytics. **What problems is Bongo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peer assessment in Brigthspace. ### 2. The application does what it says. **What problems is Bongo solving and how is that benefiting you?** During the COVID lockdown, it allowed students to interact over video.
