We struggled to retain customers and encourage repeat purchases, but BON Loyalty has made it easy to set up a points and rewards program that keeps shoppers coming back. Since implementing it, we've seen a noticeable increase in repeat purchase rate and customer engagement. The setup was quick and intuitive, the interface is clean and easy to navigate, and it integrated smoothly with our store without any technical headaches. BON is one of the few apps that offer a generous free plan - this is important to me because I'm working on building a new website and I'm super appreciative that I can get everything set up before I launch so that I'm not paying for something I can't even use yet. Plus, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! The support team (actual humans - not AI!) is incredibly helpful and attentive! I've worked with multiple team members now and they have all been great! Most recently, I was adding DNS records so that my company email can be used with my BON Loyalty account - the first attempt failed, so they had me send screenshots to identify the issue. They told me what to do to fix the issue and get the verification to work! When it's time to move to the paid plan, I will gladly do so because of the amazing experiences I have already had during the app installation and customization process. What do you dislike about BON Loyalty? At this point in time, I can't say that there's anything I dislike. I have only had positive experiences thus far - especially with the support team. It allows me to set up a points and rewards system according to my preferences, along with customizable email notifications. I'm so relieved that I'll be able to connect with actual humans if issues or further questions arise! I've been with BON for some time now and their free version of the app is fantastic when you are starting out. Support is always readily available with kind and patient staff. They are willing and flexible and help with the Shopify Integration and set up if you are stuck in any way. Our customer love the points scheme and BON have also made some free customizations for us, despite not yet advancing onto the paid program. Setup was simple, and within 24 hours I had my Loyalty and Rewards Program up and running. The best part, though, is the outstanding customer service. The whole team is excellent, especially Sienna, who went above and beyond to help me import previous customers so they could receive their well-deserved points and rewards retroactively. It was a big task, but she handled everything quickly and efficiently, which allowed me to share the exciting news with my customers the very same day the program launched. The Customer service has to be the one thing I LOVE about BON. I needed a customer solution and they worked around the clock to make it happen. The provided updates and kept me in the loop. They continued to ask questions to ensure we had the correct solution. They also help us change a link within the VIP that would point to our store front instead of the native link.
