It has given our marketing team a ton of insight that is valuable to the business, increasing our clout, and helped us to align messaging, outreach, and prioritization across teams. The data has on occasion failed to refresh and sync with our CRM integration. Because the data is so embedded in our processes, this causes issues and delays within various teams and extra work for us to reset workflows & dashboards.
