"Still the best apps for video presentations"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

The best thing about Bombbomb is that you can shoot and send any kind of recording from an impromptu video to a professional presentation then share it with a client with minimal fuss. It is the most flexible app I have ever used on any ov my devices. The videos are clear and play smoothly for my clients. They are constantly asking me how I do it. What do you dislike about BombBomb?

Sometimes it can be temperamental on my phone. Sometimes I have to get back to the office to send a video from a virtual showing. It is rare but does happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great video platform for updates and sales focused activity"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

It is easy to use on your computer or cell phone. Tracking of open rates etc is also very helpful.

Customer Support is very responsive. It was fast / easy to set up and get going quickly. I use it multiple times a week - almost daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

Wish it was easier to use with Outlook to send emails and track open rates etc via outlook without having to login to the bombbomb platform to send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BombBomb made me into a stand-out in my industry"

What do you like best about BombBomb?

The ability to shift between a single shot of my face to the screen record function is great! The ability to integrate with Outlook and Gmail is fantastic, and so is the iOS app. I just shared a recommendation with a Real Estate agent today and explained how this program made me stand out as a loan officer. I use BombBomb to explain topics that are too wordy/lengthy for email. However, some folks need to listen and watch something at the same time, which is why I use the "Record Screen" function. Also, a phone call cannot be played over again like a video can. It's a real game-changer. It makes me stand out in my industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BombBomb?

The editing tool needs to be more powerful. I believe that I can trim the beginning or end of a video, but sometimes, I really need to cut something out of the middle of a video. I would love to see that functionality along with something that transitions a cut to make things look professional, like a fade cut or maybe a quick cut to white that comes back in. We don't need a TicTok level editor...just something basic that can be done to avoid having to reshoot just because I had a coughing fit mid-video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?

As previously mentioned, I use BombBomb nearly every day. I have two strong reasons why I use BombBomb. For starters, I use it to explain complex topics by narrating content with the "Record Screen" function. The fact that clients can play the video several times is a plus. It saves me from taking the time to write a wordy email that will not be fully read nor understood. Also, a phone call is not easily recorded and played again, so this fixes that issue as well. Lastly, I will record a "basic" video that can be emailed to several different clients that answers the same basic questions that I receive time and time again. We have learned that organizations large and small sometimes have to have a "game plan" to incent and bring along people to use the system. Many are comfortable with async video, others need guidance or to feel short term wins -- so getting whole teams to adapt can take some effort and encouragement. Sharing dashboard results within the org can sometimes help others see the benefits of video vs. traditional methods, so they want to have those gains, too.
