It's better than a phone call because they get to know me and my personality, but I can make the video at 11pm and attach it to an email. There is really nothing that I would say that I dislike about the BombBomb platform. BombBomb has continually improved, developed and enhanced its system over time, as well as adding additional insights through webinars, white papers and best practices. BombBomb is a video tool I now utilize in various ways and communication channels. For example, it can be used for anything from a simple email reply integration through your email client to more thoughtful ways such as market or industry updates or partner updates to more polished things like screen capture technology for presenting recommendations or solutions. The screen capture technology allows you to walk a client through something while showing your clients the big picture in an integrated platform that is important to your business. Client and Partner feedback is consistently positive. BombBomb reinforces effective communication and helps strengthen client relationships in ways traditional communication channels can't.
