BOM Generator is a simple, offline bill of materials tool for small manufacturers, purchasing staff, product engineers, export traders and sourcing agents who prepare BOMs for quotes, production and purchasing and want something faster and tidier than a hand-built spreadsheet. Each line holds an item number, part number, description, spec, unit, quantity, unit cost, line total, supplier and notes; line totals and the total cost update as you type. A project header records the project name, BOM version, revision date, customer and currency (12 currencies, including USD, MXN, CAD and EUR). Add rows one or ten at a time, delete several at once, and reorder with drag-and-drop or Move Up / Move Down. Export a real Excel .xlsx file with live formulas, or a clean landscape PDF, and save each BOM as a project file to reopen later. Switch the interface and exports between English and Spanish. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and your data stays on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It is a single-level BOM tool and does not connect to ERP or accounting systems.
