Bolster AI platform regularly scans the social media and web platforms for us and being on the top reports suspicious social media posts, web URLs that are related to our organization. There is an option for takedown of these posts and URLs on immediate basis, that is extremely cool and helpful. Since, the product is SaaS based, no need to worry of the maintenance. **What do you dislike about Bolster AI?** Sometimes post requesting takedown of the suspicious or fake posts on social media/web URLs the Bolster team takes a lot of time may be months. **What problems is Bolster AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to regularly monitor fake or legitimate posts on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit and many bigger platforms via Bolster platform. Their SOC operations team regularly monitors our corporate and partner brands online. We also leverage their Automation and Integration features where we can automate the alerts being sent to different solutions like SIEM, SOAR, communcation channels etc. This helps us to take necessary actions as woon as we receive high severity alert. Before using them were were inundated with scam/phishing sites pretending to be our brand, which was damaging our reputation as well as costing costing us quite a bit in man hours and attempts to salvage our reputation. Since day one with Bolster these sites have decreased significantly, with very little work on our end besides occassional monitoring. They are also constantly updating and improving their service to make it easier to use while giving us great data to look back on. **What do you dislike about Bolster AI?** Honestly, nothing. I work with a lot of various softwares and almost always have frustrations with onboarding, or realizing a feature was overpromised.
