Bollard helps organisations that buy and store goods across many locations keep spending under control. Teams raise requisitions from an item master, route approvals by amount, location and role, and turn approved requests into purchase orders. Goods are received with accepted and rejected quantities, and every invoice is matched line by line against the order and the delivery before it is paid, so a small overcharge can't hide in a large total. Stock is tracked per location, with reorder points and transfers between locations. Access rules live in the database itself: a location manager sees their own location, such as a campus, branch or store, while head office and finance see the network. An append-only audit trail records every step. Bollard is configured to your process and your terminology by the engineers who build it. Your first location goes live in 14 days, and pricing is a written quote based on how many locations you run.
