I've found some of the functionalities not working correctly in the mobile app. Not being able to add notes to clients, not enough characters allowed for text messages. All Kvcore communications end up in clients' spam folders. You don't always have the opportunity to ask leads to check their spam, nor should you have to every single time. It's unprofessional and time-consuming.

Leads who respond are supposed to move to Active status, but the status never changes out of New Lead. Even if a client opens and replies to my email, Kvcore still shows the mail as unopened. I used to use Lofty, and switching to Kvcore was supposed to be better, but it's been a nightmare. Kvcore is only good for importing your contacts and using it as a contact system.

Kvcore needs to stop blaming other domains for this issue and take accountability. They need to find a solution to these persistent problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best feature I love about KVCore is the ability to monitor and communicate with my entire team via the note keeping abilities and the business analytics. The appearance is a turn off for most agents. I am an educator who teaches KVCore on a regular, and when agents compare it to CHIME or BOOMTOWN the first thing they mention is how daunting and intimidating everything looks. I have to preach to them how if Chime and Boomtown had a baby it would be KVCORE and they don't always buy into the platform or give it their best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you login to your KV CORE, you might feel overwhelmed for a short period of time. There are so many options, and there is so much to do, and you will not know where to start. But after that first 20 minutes of using the CRM, you will love it as much as I love it.

It is super easy to transition to this new platform, and their back end support helps you to upload your first database. I use this CRM on the daily, and I recommend it to my entire team of 50+ realtors. The ability to organise your network, compose beautiful high quality emails, and stay on top of your touch system for your clients is top notch!

kvCORE is essential for my business. I joined the real estate market back in 2021 after relocations from Florida during Covid. Moving to a new place with no sphere or the ability to meet new people due to the Covid lockdown and the lack of in person and shift to virtual was a big hurdle for me to grow my business. kvCORE really played a big role in starting my business and leaving a mark. I'm still working on my email campaigns. I want certain ones for various types of statutes in my SOI but I also want to see what they are getting as a reference.
