I like BoldTrail for real estate because it helps with constant follow-up, creates tasks, landing pages, and squeeze pages. I appreciate how it allows valuations to be sent and manages landing pages. What I find most valuable is that BoldTrail keeps me front of mind without having to do anything. Even though it was difficult to understand initially, I'm now having a better understanding of it. They can change their branding as much as they want, but they can’t get rid of their reputation. There will never be a day when I recommend BoldTrail or any product by the parent company Inside Real Estate. Save your money, time and energy.
