"Great Transaction Management Software"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

Brokermint is extremely easy to use for newer agents and experienced agents. Their customer support/tech support is top-notch. I have used other systems before, but nothing compares to Brokermint. The interface is also one of my favorite parts because it is up to date and not out dated like some other platforms! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

Not many downsides; the only thing I would like to be easier to use would be third-party integrations. Billing other parties outside of Brokermint does get a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

The software is easy to navigate and is flexible in how it can be used. You are able to adapt it to fit the flow and guidelines of your business. The commission calculation and tracking feature is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

There is a limitation on how you can categorize the transactions. Which makes some standard reports inaccurate and requires you to create new reports or add filters to existing reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

Brokermint is a user-friendly, intuitive tool for transaction & brokerage management. As a boutique brokerage, we rely on Brokermint to manage our support staff and provide exceptional transaction support to our clients & agents alike. Brokermint is often looking for ways to improve their processes and offer more features. The support staff is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

While I appreciate the ongoing development of new features, I feel as though items are rolled out before they are fully functional (ie the Accounting piece is not fully functional.) I would also appreciate a bit more customization that are specific to local practices. For example, in my area we utilize attorneys rather than title companies. As the listing brokerage, I hold the earnest money and I'm also responsible for disbursing commissions to the cooperating brokerage. This is not tracked in the Brokermint/Quickbooks integration. "All your real estate management needs here!"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

I love how I can manage and track my agent's transactions. The enterprise subscription suits me best because the ACH payout is faster than most other merchants. The ability to streamline the onboarding process and have all the documents in one cloud system is also beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

The aesthetics of the software. It does not allow you to customize the dashboard with colours, so it is very drab. Also, the tutorials are not very specific so you have to contact help if you need detail assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great product with a lengthy setup process"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

From an admin standpoint Brokermint has been incredible to our team. The workflows, checklists, and calendar function work extremely well both for our agents and for our admin staff to help oversee transactions. It has also saved us a tremendous amount of time with their Dash integration and removing data duplication, this also applies to importing sale and listing data straight from the MLS. Input duplication takes time and creates opportunity for errors, Brokermint has removed that obstacle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

The setup process is lengthy. Everyone needs to go into that with their eyes open. Creating the workflows and checklists and uploading any of your custom forms and creating interactive templates for them takes a lot of work. You need someone dedicated to that process or you will struggle to get good use of the platform. While overall I find the forms module to be very good there are a few things that could be better just in ease of use. We came to Brokermint from Dotloop and while overall I would still call the Brokermint forms product superior there are certainly some things our agents miss from Dotloop when it comes to organizing documents or getting them ready for e-sign. "BrokerMint Usage"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

Now that BoomTown has acquired them, support and communication have gotten better. The power that the software has not been fully utilized. I would anticipate with the skill set that BoomTown brings to the brand, we should see some fantastic improvements and results from their user base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

I was not too fond of the original brand because of the support of their product. That has changed, and it is a welcome addition. Any issues that I have reported were resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
