What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

I appreciate how user friendly Brokermint is and how appealing to the eye the pages are. It is so easy to read and follow, easy to alter checklists and adpat checklists to fit our needs. I use this daily and it helps me stay on track, especially reminding me of anything overdue. It has been very easy to get others on board with using the system as it is so quick to learn. What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

It works great for what we need- custom fields, calculates commissions, library of templates the user can add to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

Customer Support is iffy. Have submitted a few tickets, and they seem to have forgotten about it with no fixes. No follow-up saying it wasn't possible- just ghosted. Doesn't seem like they look at the suggestion section either. By popular demand, a Zapier integration has been wanted for 6+ years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

Everything is in 1 place. I'm no longer going to google drive, then zip forms, then email, the. Google drive again just for a transaction. Everything is housed in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
