The lack of follow-through on integration requests-- I have been on a thread for over a year about a specific integration request that has an abundant list of responses and "please make this a thing" requests to be able to integrate Brokermint with different CRMs and automation-supporting platforms. Still, there has been no movement from the consumer's perspective. Also, no response from Brokermint as to why or why such integrations are plausible, which seems disrespectful to the long list of clients on this thread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BM needs to be able to refresh on it's own.

BM needs to allow the original checklist to not be deleted while any new tasks have the option to be deleted only. Also it is extremely difficult and toooooo time consuming getting help to have commission plans set up. A 10 year old with basic math skills should be able to do this on their own. Instead it's extremely confusing.

BM MOST importantly needs to drop the annoying activity sheet. If they'd add a time stamp to signatures this would bake them to do so. No agent on the planet wants to deal with extra paperwork. The box that pops up and stays completely in the way while editing or esigning anything is so not necessary. BM admins would greatly benefit if when they get done reviewing a transaction if it would not just disappear. There needs to be. A pop up that asks if they need to make any other changes to that transaction so admins don't have to go back and find the transaction to close it out. There also needs to be a reset while reviewing docs for just in case an admin approves a doc that should not have been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brokermint has helped us to eliminate the need for recording information in multiple places. We now just enter into BM and that's it which frees our staff. It is also helping to hold our agents accountable for their paperwork and transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating commission plans can be tricky and confusing. If you have certain types of post-split fees you have to calculate those outside of the software so it isn't quite fully auto-generated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use of the program and I like the tracking /accountability features. It is effortless to use and cleaner look to the program. I do like the transaction management feature of it the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is room for improvement specifically because the program is explicitly targeted to sellers, and we have to work around it to put buyers in. Also, it tends to get laggy at times. I do with they would fix the buyer issue ASAP as about 40% of our business is buyer driven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pipeline in the program is great I love the quick view on my business. The fact it connects with DotLoop, MLS and Quickbooks all make my life simpler. My customer support person is very responsive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brokermint has been a phenomenal experience for me. I own several small real estate brokerages, and as I grew, I needed something to keep up with my paperwork. I hired a TC, and she loves the system also. The checklists were invaluable for onboarding and the many steps in the transaction.
