What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

I just love that I centralized everything with BoldTrail BackOffice. Having a single hub where I can track transaction files, compliance documents, and commission calculations all in one place makes coordinating between agents, brokers, and our clients so much smoother. The interface is really clean, and having a reliable system is important for me. It's really good to have a central place for everything. The rest of the app is absolutely amazing. What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

I don't like that when you split the window, one of the panels on the right side doesn't hide, which makes it narrow. I need it to hide to have more space. It wasn't easy to set up BoldTrail BackOffice initially. It was a bit difficult at the beginning to learn everything, and it would be easier if there was a tutorial or something similar. What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

BoldTrail offers a more modern approach to transaction coordination, with customizable templates and commission tracking for the year.

I do most of my work on the platform as a transaction coordinator for my RE/MAX office, supporting 12 agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

We transitioned to BackOffice from Zipforms. Our agents’ biggest complaint is that they preferred the folder-based approach for documents over the template setup, and they liked having the forms they use for every transaction available at their fingertips rather than relying on a checklist approach. They’re more in the “just give me everything I need” camp, not so much the step-by-step “here’s your checklist, follow it” style. Also, after an e-sign is completed, editing and resending the file for updates isn’t the easiest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the DocuSign feature in BoldTrail BackOffice because it helps keep everything organized and clean. It's simple to use and effective. The feature also allows me to keep all of my deals organized without having to use a separate application to sign.
