Having a single hub where I can track transaction files, compliance documents, and commission calculations all in one place makes coordinating between agents, brokers, and our clients so much smoother. I don't like that when you split the window, one of the panels on the right side doesn't hide, which makes it narrow. I need it to hide to have more space. It wasn't easy to set up BoldTrail BackOffice initially. It was a bit difficult at the beginning to learn everything, and it would be easier if there was a tutorial or something similar. We transitioned to BackOffice from Zipforms. Our agents’ biggest complaint is that they preferred the folder-based approach for documents over the template setup, and they liked having the forms they use for every transaction available at their fingertips rather than relying on a checklist approach. They’re more in the “just give me everything I need” camp, not so much the step-by-step “here’s your checklist, follow it” style. I like the DocuSign feature in BoldTrail BackOffice because it helps keep everything organized and clean. It's simple to use and effective.
