What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice? There are some problems with basic functionality that they don't care to discuss. They are happy to cancel my membership, though. When reviewing files it will load the first document and when moving to the next, it fails to load. You have to back-out and then go back into the transaction for the next document to load. Very time consuming. Also, the commission calculations are very limited. Their graduated commission scale resets for each transaction. it also doubles the total commission if you are the buyer and sellers broker which is confusing because you can enter in total commission and co-broke. Brokermint is a complete system. Before we were using DocuSign for signatures, Zipforms for auditing and storage, and Profitcentre for analytics. Brokermint does all of this and more. No more entering the same information multiple times on multiple platforms. Also, the broker has a lot more control than other platforms - I can add custom forms and map them myself, make custom reports, etc. And best of all the customer support is phenomenal!! I would like to see Brokermint expanded to include CRM functions - we already have all of our contacts entered, it just seems like a logical expansion. There really isn't anything in the current product that I absolutely dislike. It is really different than other products out there so some agents have a little bit of a learning curve. Auditing is quick and efficient. Agent commission payouts are so easy - it does the math for you. We have eliminated several internal forms and audits that we were having to use before. We don't have to update agents on their goal progress anymore - it is right there for them to see at any time. What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice? Seems there are features that could be more user friendly and it's not really as customizable as it was described to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you? It's nice to keep all documents in one place fairly easily and the ability to populate forms automatically is a huge help for us. The reports and BM inability to talk with Quickbooks like we thought it would is disheartening.
