"Simple, Easy to Use, and Seamlessly Integrates via API"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like its simplicity, ease of use, gentle learning curve, and the seamless API integration with our system. Performance is good overall, although the API usage price feels a bit high. Support has also been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The per-unit price of BoldSign is too high for scaling in a small company like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and Intuitive for KYC Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like BoldSign because it automates the KYC process and standardizes the documents I get. The UI is very simple and straightforward, which aligns well with my use case, making it pretty easy to just start using. I also appreciate how BoldSign is much cheaper compared to other subscriptions while delivering the same product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I would be happy if they had no-code UI to build automation regarding more complex KYC scenarios and saving the completed documents. Yes, right now I need to use 3rd party app to fulfill my requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive Bulk Links That Cut a Week of Work Down to a Day"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign is simple and intuitive. Before BoldSign, I had never heard of...let alone created bulk links before. Even I was able to set up bulk links...and without a tutorial. Our application of bulk links was for application document signatures for a large quantity of applicants. Using bulk links streamlined our application document signatures and submittals, cutting 1 week of work down to a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

It was honestly very challenging to come up with anything to critique. If anything, BoldSign could improve instructions/documentation concerning how, when choosing an already created template that contains required signatures for both Signer and Co-signer, a Co-signer signature can be removed. It is a little confusing when creating a new template for a form that requires signatures for Co-applicants (i.e. do I make 2 separate templates - one template for Signer and another one for Co-applicants?, OR do I create one template where Signer's signature is required (*), but Co-signer's signature is not required...but then again, I also require both signatures for Co-applicants, so..., etc.). I was able to figure out that you can remove a co-signature when using template you created with required signatures of co-applicants. However, this wasn't as clear as I feel it could have been. "Affordable Alternative to DocuSign with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I really like the affordability of BoldSign. It's very cost-effective for both us and our clients, costing a fraction of what we used to pay for DocuSign. I'm quite impressed with the functionality that you get for such a reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The API and the SDK could be better. They're certainly workable, but I think DocuSign has more functionality in that regard. However, it still works for us since I have very talented developers who can get through any annoyances or minor inconveniences from a development perspective. Additionally, the initial setup was a little challenging. The documentation is acceptable, not outstanding, but good enough for us to come up pretty quickly, taking about fifteen days for the first implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Straightforward eSignatures with Intuitive Workflows and Powerful Templates"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like how BoldSign makes document signing fast and straightforward, with an intuitive interface and reliable eSignature workflows. Features like reusable templates, bulk sending, approval workflows, audit trails, and integrations with popular business tools help streamline document management and reduce manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Some of the more advanced workflow customization and reporting capabilities could be expanded. A few additional native integrations and more branding options would also make it even more flexible, especially for larger organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective, Streamlined Digital Signing"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I use BoldSign for sending salary statements to employees and I like that it's free, which was a reason we switched from DocuSign. I also appreciate the storage of documents feature because I don't need to save everything and download them separately. Plus, the initial setup of BoldSign was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

It stores even mistyped emails and I cannot remove those, so I constantly get wrong autocompletes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Functionality, Strong UX, and Outstanding Support. Syncfusion's products are great."
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

Overall, the functionality is excellent. The UX design is strong, and the UX writing is also very good (especially in Spanish). Performance is solid, and the configuration process feels simple and straightforward. In my view, this tool is a valuable addition to our organization’s processes. And the support team is always there, they respond really quickly and offer outstanding service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

There isn’t a metered API option, and the available API plan doesn’t currently fit our organization’s needs (Its too big). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use With Handy Contract Duplication, but Subscription Cost Is a Concern"
3.5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

It was easy to use, and it has some great features that let me duplicate expired contracts so I could resend them and fill in fields quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The subscription cost is my main concern. I also feel that Open Sign has a better model overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
