"Streamlined Signature Process with Time-Saving Templates"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like BoldSign's ease of use and the functionality of templates, which save me time by automatically placing signature tags on client forms. I have templates ready for various scenarios like Federal and State of residence and filing status, which simplifies the process significantly. The initial setup was very easy, and the team was readily available to assist me. I also appreciate being able to use templates without having to upgrade to a higher-priced plan, unlike my previous experience with Adobe e-sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I need BoldSign to a) add password to the final PDF, b) automatically update the subject line in templates with file name, c) not show colored signature boxes in the final document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Document Signing with BoldSign"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I love that BoldSign helps me sign my documents easily and quickly, offering simplicity and versatility for free. It's become an essential part of my sales tools because it speeds up getting clients to sign quickly, saving time for my clients and, more importantly, for me. The copy-and-paste functionality for signature or initials boxes is great, allowing me to have the format ready as a sample for my next client. BoldSign is trusted by insurance and investment companies, which adds to its value as a reliable signing method. The initial setup was simple and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I always wonder if there is a way to sign by hand using your mouse and have a beautiful handwriting. I mean, to see that your pulse is not affecting your handwriting, avoiding the shakes in your lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BoldSign Is Super Easy to Use with Signatory Options"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign is super easy to use. I especailly like that there are many options that you can use for the signatories, e.g. editable date, chackboxes, free text (great if you are not sure about the exact job position of the signatory). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I miss option to put the signature and date of signature at once together with signature identification code, similarly as has the most widely use tool in US. Becasue of the fact that some clients are very used to use the other tool with this properties, their document templates are adapted as such. In addition, we receive the questions if the signatures via BoldSign are still really valid, even though the signaure ID code is not visible together with signature and we cannot setup the standard signatory type, e.g. viewer, reviewer, approver. "Affordable, User-Friendly Solution for e-Signatures"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I use BoldSign for my insurance agency and find it to be secure and easy for sending applications for signatures. It offers a fraction of the cost of DocuSign, which was way too expensive for me. BoldSign is very easy to use and track packages, and I love that it's way easier for my husband to use as well. The signing feature is essential for my work, as I need official electronic signatures and the audit form for tax purposes. The initial setup was super easy too, and I even get to put our agency logo on the audit sheet. I love most of it and rate it absolutely a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I would like it to be easier to set signing reminders when I first send a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Integration with Hubspot, Simple Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I love how BoldSign is super simple to set up. It's really easy to use, especially when setting up a form as a template and sending it out. The integration with HubSpot is one of the key reasons we chose BoldSign, as it allows us to easily prefill fields from HubSpot, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Two things. 1. No access to BoldSign in HubSpot workflows. Being able to trigger BoldSign automatically would be fantastic! 2. Not able to automatically attach signed documents to records in HubSpot. We are leveraging a third-party app to do this and it's a hassle to set up. It would be great to attach the signed documents as a note once complete and a message saying it has been complete. "Effortless API Integration, Perfect for Developers"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I appreciate BoldSign for its ease of API connection, which is a big help. It's very easy to use for developers, ensuring that messages don't get lost in spam. I like that it works exactly how I need it to, and the ability to pre-fill the form based on client data without the recipient being able to edit the entries is very useful. The 'pay as I go' API plan is also favorable because it allows me to manage my expenses better. The initial setup was very easy compared to DocuSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

One aspect that would be helpful is regarding my specific API workflow. Pre-fill form, send to client #1, client #1 signs, then it passes to client #2 for signatures. At the moment it has to be done in a specific signing order. It would be easier if it sent to both client #1 and client #2 at the same time. But the pre-filled fields need to be assigned to a user, so if I try to send them to both at the same time, then one of the clients won't see the pre-filled entries. "Affordable, User-Friendly Alternative to DocuSign"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like BoldSign because it's user-friendly and cost-effective. As a nonprofit, affordability is crucial, and BoldSign fits within our budget. It offers an inexpensive option for providing signatures electronically. We previously used DocuSign, but it became unaffordable, so we needed a viable alternative. BoldSign feels a lot like DocuSign, which made the transition easy for us. The setup was incredibly easy, which adds to the overall positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I think one area that could be improved with BoldSign is the process of adding signature blocks into a form. Right now, you have to drag and drop the signature block where you want it, and it would be more convenient if you could just click on the signature block and click again where you want it to go in the form, making it a bit quicker and more intuitive. "Cost-Effective Automation with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I love that BoldSign just works and is one of the easiest integrations we've done. Even though we encountered a few minor teething problems around the positioning of signatures, a quick inquiry to support solved the problem swiftly. I appreciate how cost-effective it is compared to other ridiculously expensive platforms for a startup. It's been a delight and a pleasure to engage with a company like BoldSign, which not only has a good product but is also good to engage with. These aspects really matter to me. What do you dislike about BoldSign?

"User-Friendly, Cost-Effective Contract Management"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I love using BoldSign for business contracts because it is very easy to use and has a user-friendly system. I appreciate the automatic reminders which save us a lot of time by sending follow-ups. I find having unlimited templates incredibly useful as it saves us a lot of manual work. It's great that the platform does everything we used DocuSign for at a fraction of the price, which really stood out for us. The initial setup was very easy, which made the transition smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

We did have an instance where our account was put on hold due to someone reporting spam which was aggravating as it was just a tenant that pressed this. This feature is quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Transition and Stellar Support with BoldSign"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I appreciate BoldSign's affordable e-signature platform with unlimited signature pricing that's reasonable. The amazing and responsive customer support team stands out, being proactive from sign-up and during ongoing support, especially related to integration with our domain and email routing, which wasn't supported by other providers. The pricing is a fraction of what we paid with DocuSign, yet BoldSign offers full feature parity compared to other big players without the premium price tag. The initial setup was extremely easy, and there was a tool that made importing my templates from DocuSign to BoldSign seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

No pain points to date. We're very happy with BoldSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
