"Efficient Document Management, Minor Sending Constraints"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I use BoldSign to store my documents and to send 10 to 12 different registration documents to my staff every day, so it's very important to me. I like that it stores documents securely and helps me chase references. It's also very simple to use. The reminders work well, just a click of a bell button and it sends a reminder email, saving me time having to chase. Time-saving is valuable because time is the most important currency. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the seamless experience it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I would like to be able to send 13 emails in one go instead of having to send one at a time. It would be easier if I could just enter someone's name and email, and then send individual files to each recipient. Also, getting rid of the reminder limit or having an automatic reminder feature that sends a reminder if someone doesn't act within seven days would be helpful. "Exactly what I needed for API-based proposals"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I've been using BoldSign for about two months now to automate sending client proposals via their API, and it's been a solid find. The API is well-documented and straightforward to work with, which made integration pretty painless. Pricing is reasonable compared to other options I tried, and the few times I reached out to support they were responsive and helpful. I went through several e-signature solutions before landing on this one and BoldSign just fit my workflow better than the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Still working my way through all the features after two months. There is a lot the platform can do and I haven't had time to explore all of it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boldsign: Easy UI, Fast Performance, and Great Value with a Generous Free Tier"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

Boldsign is a good product. The user interface (UI) is easy to use. It looks like it has integrations available, but we do not use that as our software does not currently interface with it. The site loads quickly and sends reminders and emails without any issues. The pricing is very reasonable for what we use it for - cheaper than most others out there. I really like that they let you use 25 for free each month so you can try it out first. Others that only let you do less are not useful or helpful. We have not had to reach out to customer support but that is also a good thing. We also have not used ai intelligence and we do not know if it has any ai features available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I wish it would let you export the copy as a link like other similar products do. Currently boldsign requires that it sends the emails to the customers itself. It would also be easy if it would fill in the common signatures for you for documents that look similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Switch to BoldSign: Intuitive Platform with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I’ve been a long-time user of DocuSign, so switching platforms wasn’t something I took lightly. That said, I couldn’t be happier that our IT director introduced us to BoldSign.

The platform is very simple and intuitive to use, everything just makes sense without needing a lot of training or setup. It’s been a smooth transition for our team, and we’ve had zero issues getting up and running.

What really stands out is their customer support. Any time we’ve had questions or needed help, their team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.

Overall, BoldSign has been a great switch for us, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly e-signature solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

the app is a little clunky. Not the most user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive E-Signatures with Templates—But Limited Advanced Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign is very easy to use and makes sending documents for signature fast and straightforward. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and the signing process is simple for clients. I also like that I can create templates, which saves a lot of time when I’m sending the same types of documents repeatedly. Overall, it offers good value for the price compared with some competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

While the core features work well overall, there are still a few areas that could be improved. The UI can occasionally feel a bit basic, and some of the more advanced workflow and customization options seem limited compared to more established e-signature platforms. Integrations and automation are also somewhat constrained, and could be made more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

We love the functionality of BoldSign. We have a team of people and love that we can structure teams to share documents and to be able to check on documents when other team members may be absent. Training was easy and we like the option of being able to replace team members with new ones without having to create or pay for new seats. It's also great to be able to see when customers view the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The only thing we dislike is the availability to reset passwords. We use Gmail to sign on but have not figured out a convenient way to be able to reset our password if not using Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamline Signatures for Fraud Protection"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I like BoldSign because it made it easy to collect signed transportation agreements and payment authorizations from my customers without having to deal with printing or scanning documents. The interface is clean and straightforward, so I was able to create templates and start sending documents with very little setup. One feature I found especially valuable is the Stripe identity verification option. Since I work with customers across the country, being able to verify a signer before completing an agreement helps reduce fraud and gives me more confidence that the person signing is legitimate. I also appreciated the email notifications and document tracking, which made it easy to see when customers viewed and completed their documents. Overall, BoldSign simplified my document workflow and saved time compared to handling paperwork manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Overall, I had a good experience with BoldSign, but I would like to see more native integrations with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel. My business relies heavily on automation, so having documents automatically generated, sent, tracked, and synced with customer records would eliminate manual steps and save time. While third-party tools can bridge some of the gap, a direct integration would make the workflow much smoother for businesses that depend on CRM automation. Expanding the integration library would make BoldSign an even stronger solution for growing companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BoldSign: Easy HubSpot Integration, One-Click Contracts, and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

This product has helped my business grow with easy integrations with Hubspot CRM and allowing our customers a one click option to signing contracts. This product is much cheaper than DocuSign with the same features, if not better. Their support in helping set our account was super helpful and easy. I highly recommend BoldSign to anyone! What do you dislike about BoldSign?

There is not a single thing that I dislike about BoldSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless E-Signature Solution, Needs More Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I use BoldSign for my real estate business, and it helps streamline our contracts and agreements by making e-signatures fast and easy for our clients. What I like most about BoldSign is how simple and efficient it is, making getting contracts signed quick and easy. BoldSign was more cost-effective and simpler for our team to use day-to-day compared to PandaDoc. The initial setup was straightforward, which made the transition smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

One thing that could be improved is the overall customizations and integrations. It works great for basic signing, but having more automation features and smoother syncing with CRMs and real estate tools would make the workflow better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Place to Track All Documents—Easy for the Whole Team"
4/5
What do you like best about BoldSign?

My team can create a free account and see all documents requiring their attention in 1 place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

There are no guidelines when placing siganture fields (type A here, I like things proper and tidy).

In my last esignature platform I was accustomed to signing order being automatic. In BoldSign I have to remember to check the Signing Order option. This doesn't always happen, which results in chaos and me having to chase each person for signatures individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
