We were able to tell them what we needed, they understood and found the best plan for us, for an excellent price (we are a nonprofit), at a fraction of what we found elsewhere. It is so easy to use, as well as sending the forms out to our members. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** The only thing I've noticed BoldSign doesn't offer that would be helpful to have, is the ability to create more than one signer per form. We have parents and children sign some forms, so the parent has to figure out how to change the signature name. It can be done, but the feedback I'm getting is that the form is very easy to fill out, but they didn't know how to change the signature name at first. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have 4 documents all of our members had to print out, fill out, sign, and return in person. Once I got used to how Boldsign works it has got quicker and simpler to use. Customer support has been there when needed. Plenty of features available to use. Compatible with Word docs and PDFs. The more I've used it the more I've enjoyed it. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** Seemed a little complex to start with, I created an account and it didn't lead me to the actual Boldsign area, I was in a programmers area. However customer support were great and guided me in the right direction, then it was fairly straight forward. I haven't used other digisign software, but I would assume there might be more simple options out there if you are paying. In saying that, Boldsign is nice and simple once you have done a document or 2. **What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Haven't had to print any contracts in the past 10 months! The user-friendly interface makes it simple to set up text and signature fields for my clients. BoldSign removes the frustration and confusion for clients because of its smooth, intuitive process for e-signing and clients can create an account so they can access their documents later. BoldSign is packed with features. One of my favorite is the template functionality. By creating templates for my most commonly used documents, I am able to streamline my workflow. Another favorite feature is the audit trail for changes made in the account. **What do you dislike about BoldSign?** There were two areas where I initially found BoldSign lacking. The first was that there wasn't a way to generate a signing link for my clients; however, this much needed feature has been added. The second is that there aren't any BoldSign created or community created shared templates. Rarely have I bought a product that I'm this happy with.
