The software itself is excellent. I’ve tested a number of eSignature platforms over the years—both big names and smaller tools—and BoldSign came out as the most complete and capable for the price. The user interface is modern, the features are well thought out, and everything works smoothly. For the cost, you get a lot of value. It’s a solid product that easily competes with far more expensive options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BoldSign? The support is terrible. Communication is slow, repetitive, and often handled by people who clearly lack the necessary context—especially when it comes to U.S.-specific issues. Support is outsourced to Kenya, which wouldn’t be a problem in itself, but it becomes one when someone who has never set foot in the U.S. confidently tells me I don’t understand how U.S. tax law works. They mishandled a billing address, applied incorrect taxation, and then refused to acknowledge or fix it. The software is great, but the disconnect between product quality and the support experience is massive. If you’re a U.S.-based customer, proceed with caution. It solves the problem of sending, tracking, and securely collecting signatures without manual follow-ups. I also use it to keep signed agreements organized and accessible. The API integration makes it easy to connect with my existing systems, which saves time and removes friction from our onboarding and legal workflows.
