1. We found it slow, not fast as Power BI.

2. Moving dashboard to another environments is a time taking exercise, it should be made easily configurable in next environments after verified in lower environment.

customer support is a little hard because is in a different time zone, is not easy to implementation of formulas and calculations with two or more tables, you cannot modify the SQL query, and we need more space Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We work and come across lots of data; It is a big hassle to find something valuable in that data and convert it into valuable insight it is a lot of work. The options play around with colors and really bring out more from you graphs makes BoldBI stand out.
