What do you like best about Bold BI?

I am using Bold BI installed on my servers to provide BI and dashboards to my customer. Each customer has his own site with his own brand.

The software is very easy to use and the integration is close to painless.

The learning curve is smooth and fast. The product is excellent, and some features I am missing are already in the work plan for the next versions.

Documentation is good and enables fast learning.

The support and response are exceptional. In my opinion, having tight support and will of solving problems are more important than this feature or another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bold BI?

Haven't seen yet soemthing to write about.

What problems is Bold BI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing both strategic overview of performance and KPIs and operational monitoring.

The strategic dashboards based on big historical data enable management and shareholders to have a deep understanding of the company performance.

Needs to improve the translation system and localization. It's a very tedious process that must also be taken into account with each update because there are functions or sections that may not work as a result of this. This is a problem to consider for non-English-speaking users.
