What do you like best about Bold BI?

What I like most about Bold BI is how easy it is to get started. The setup was smooth, and I didn’t need to spend hours figuring things out — everything just felt intuitive. It’s packed with useful features that make building dashboards and visualizing data really straightforward. I also had a great experience with their customer support — quick responses and actually helpful solutions. Overall, it made working with data a lot easier and more efficient. What do you dislike about Bold BI?

One thing I’d say could be improved is the initial learning curve for some of the more advanced features — it takes a bit of time to fully explore everything Bold BI has to offer. Also, while the platform is quite flexible, sometimes the customization options can feel a bit limited without diving into more technical setups. What do you like best about Bold BI?

The Support team. They really take the time to answer the doubts, provide technical assistance and solve the issues that arise with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bold BI?

The platform present a lot of issues regarding DataSource refreshing, also, you have to be well versed in SQL in order to have some more complicated queries that would be quickly made on Excel, but all of this is compensated by the amazing help provided by the Support Team. Thanks so much for taking the time to update 4+ years after your initial review - it's always wonderful to hear from longtime users of Bold BI like yourself.

Given that your latest Bold BI rating is 5 stars, my guess is that the "dislike" section of your review was completed back in 2020 and that you're now happily sharing data sources between tenants :). Just in case, though, please rest assured that Bold BI does support this functionality. I'll drop a link to a related blog post, and you can also refer to this section of the documentation: https://help.boldbi.com/managing-resources/manage-data-sources/.

If I've misunderstood something and the exact variety of data source-sharing you're looking to do isn't currently supported, please do submit a support ticket to advise the Bold BI team of the details of what you're looking to do. They're always seeking user feedback and I know they'd be eager to hear any you have to share.

Still have bugs here and there but managable.
