BoardSpace provides us with a secured and cloud infrastructure to manage the documents that contains sensitive and important information regarding the company's objectives and tasks. **What do you dislike about BoardSpace?** BoardSpace's user interface can be cumbersome at times due to which the document management can vary from being highly confidential to being available to other members as well. **What problems is BoardSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** BoardSpace solves the problem of efficient board management with its intuitive user interface and wide scope of features that are specially designed as per its users. While managing the documents that we would like to keep only within our top level management, BoardSpace comes into great use as it provides us with that "locker" that we require to keep our informative documents. Overall, BoardSpace is a great platform and we highly suggest it to any organization looking to have a space to store their documents at. ### 2. Followup reminders on tasks is ultimate which reduces the effort of a particular person. Also Customer support is always available to support with any issue **What do you dislike about BoardSpace?** Few Navigations are tricky.Apart from that I dont find any other issue with Boardspace **What problems is BoardSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** To Organise the documents used/uploaded during a meeting by ping or tagging them Followup on tasks regularly which reduces manual effort We can take polls on the important decisions during meeting ### 3.
