The system is intuative and user-friendly. What one cannot uimmediately work out is easy to digest following the useful how-to guides and YouTube clips. From a director's perspective, everything is at the fingertips. The system makes keeping track of meetings and the attachments simple. Everyone is at the same point at the same time. Very easy to use and has helped better engage with Board members - it's more than just a board papers distribution system like we previously had. All board meeting mangement is done through BoardPro, plus board sub-committees, even if they include non-board or other organisation members. Implementation with existing board was relatively easy and all oard members access and use BoardPro for monthly board meetings.
