Board Pro saves hours of administration time preparing, collating and sending our board packs each month. It provides a one stop shop for all our board papers, signed minutes and key board documents so all trustees can find them easily. Not only that the minutes function is fantastic! I like the page view layout, and the ability to move through the pack with ease using the navigation view. i like the notification where i have marked up a paper. i like that supplementary papers can be linked in the board pack so we can find them easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to skip to the next comment/note in the pack, rather than having to scroll down every page to try to find my next note.. I'd like to be able to increase the viewing size of notes once opened, so i dont have to scroll down within a note to see the whole note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a new user of BoardPro I was unsure what to expect. I find it very easy to use, intutive and with a number of features that simplifies preparation for Board Meetings and management of the paperwork. The template agenda is very helpful and the reminders to action the tasks also ensures we stay on point. The support team is terrific and the response is within minutes. BoardPro are currently working on allowing more than one person to be allocated an action and also the ability to delete an action which will be great improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Board Pro platform makes life so much easier as a Governance Manager. I can draft and manipulate the agenda and papers with ease. The platform is very straightforward to use and Raj and the team have been amazing with supports and questions any time I need it.

The document library provides a one stop shop for everything the Directors need to know. It is very simple to upload documents.

The Directors needed very little training to get on the system and their feedback has been very positive.

We use Board Pro every month for meetings. Quick to set up and roll out and a really easy platform to use.

It would be great to see Board Pro further enhance the platform to enable all actions from across committees to be seen by all Directors.
