Better approach for meetings hands down, We used to use Calendy, But this is just better suited to host meetings with our board members, coordinating agendas, distributing documents and following up has just gotten a lot more simpler Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoardPro?

BoardPro is so easy and intuitive. It saves time with templated agendas that are simple to fill in with handy prompts. Board packs are professionally presented, and again so easy to upload documents.

Record keeping, notations on the board pack, flying minutes - all fabulous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoardPro?

If documents are uploaded that are not in BoardPro there does not seem to be an option to make notations.

For instance, we have monthly financial reports but may not have a meeting that month. I would like the ability to notate on the report from within the 'documents' file if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
