BoardPro is very simply and easy to use even for those who does not have strong technical knowledge. Anyone within the team can jump into the team, set up agendas, share documents across team and tracks without sending documents back and forth through emails. It can be easily implemented and also the customer support has been frienldy and responsive whenever I had any questions. We use it for most of our meetings within the team. Board has given more structure to the team meetings and also for those who meet up occasionally, it has been able to catch up easily since documents and actions all can be found in one place.
