BoardPro gets the basics done efficient and accurately such as agenda, board pack and minutes. It also does away with manually updatig registers outside of the portal such as action lists, decisions, register of interests etc. Customer support is quick and etailed with link and resources suggested. Empathetic staff that are professional and do their best to assist. It is easy to use for the Directors prior to the meeting and using the pack on screen or offline using the PDF Board Pack. The automationon key aspects is appreciated such as putting Minutes in the next Meeting agends, confirning Minutes at that meeting and sending for signature. is very simple. It also charges per Board and not on the number of individuals. Loads of features for a reasonable fee. **What do you dislike about BoardPro?** Lack of back up system to client's system. Actions not numbered - we went over from a different portal and needed to continue the same numbering system. It would have been great to have autonumbering with the user defining the first number to be in sequence with current actions list. The access to amending agenda includes senior executive. I can draft and manipulate the agenda and papers with ease. The platform is very straightforward to use and Raj and the team have been amazing with supports and questions any time I need it. The document library provides a one stop shop for everything the Directors need to know. It is very simple to upload documents. The Directors needed very little training to get on the system and their feedback has been very positive. We use Board Pro every month for meetings. Quick to set up and roll out and a really easy platform to use. All board meeting mangement is done through BoardPro, plus board sub-committees, even if they include non-board or other organisation members. Implementation with existing board was relatively easy and all oard members access and use BoardPro for monthly board meetings. Creating meetings and uploading documents is straight forward, and the document library is very useful to enable board/committee access to relevant organisational documents/policies. **What do you dislike about BoardPro?** The only real issue has been related to users who like the old fashioned hard copy of everything! Some minor issues with external people managing to log in, but again primarily a user issue. **What problems is BoardPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engagement with Board and committees for meetings and between meetings. Ability to manage multiple board/committee separately. Easy ablity to set up meeting sna related papers/documents and send out to board.
