Since moving from an internally managed setup to the BoardPAC SaaS platform, the overall experience has become much more stable, reliable, and user-friendly. The application is well-designed for directors, many of whom are not highly technical, yet it delivers strong security controls and access management. Features such as secure document distribution, role-based access, audit trails, and offline access have been especially valuable.
