We have control over who can edit/see documents and an easy scheduling system. **What do you dislike about BoardEffect?** I would love if when meetings are scheduled we had the option to automatically email an Outlook (or similar) calendar invite to our members. Subscribing to the calendar does not notify you of meeting changes or additions, and some get missed if not send via email and Outlook invite. **What problems is BoardEffect solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves secure storage issues that we faced with sensative Board and Committee documents. It also solves issues when members change their preferred email address, when they update it in BE it's automatic! The time spent preparing our board reports has been cut in half or more. No more printing off 100-plus pages and mailing them out hoping the board members received their board information on time. Great resource library for members to access, along with previous board information and other important documents. **What do you dislike about BoardEffect?** One downside is the meeting minutes, are not customizable to our needs. I didn't like the format of the meeting minutes as well. Sending minutes out for approval is cumbersome. Members don't know where to find the meeting minutes.
