What do you dislike about BoardEffect? no longer allowed to do password resets for members since new platform change. could on the old platform. migration to the new platform is confusing at times. required everyone to reset password or reregister an account on board effect. created a lot of calls and walking members through the re- registration process. since the new platform we have way less flexibility for managing the members now. please bring all those features back. I had to edit my review to add that, some of the questions of this review is imposable for me to answer. as our members don't use most of the features listed in the review. however, there was no way to skip or mark "not applicable" for these questions. I think one of the most helpful aspects of Board Effect are their staff members. I honestly don't know if I could have figured out how to use all of the features without staff support. I think the platform is quite complicated if you don't have support from BE staff or really dig into the tutorials on their website. As a remote organization it was difficult to keep track of the board documents from one year to the next. I wish it were easier for older folks in the workforce to use. The template feature is probably my favorite for saving time when laying out each meeting.
