What do you like best about Boardable?

The difference that points out to me most with Boardable is that it makes collaboration much more transparent. All your task, agenda or decision is logged so that you don’t have to dig through endless email threads, plus so many platforms. This means that no missed updates or follow ups. Having more structure as a team has been helpful, especially as it relates to our meetings as we’re clearer than ever on what we’re working on and working out of order to accomplish it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

When it comes to the interface, Boardable has some limitations. Even though it comes with nice features, parts of layout and tools arrangement within the platform can be sometimes too disorganized. The documents or the notes of past meeting often can not be found quickly. There are also times when the notifications do not come through as intended, such that I miss some major updates as well as reminders. Clearly, the platform can really do with a more refined design and a more smooth way of dealing with notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boardable?

The user-friendly interface of Boardable simplifies the process of running board operations. The document management system enables me to upload files for collaborative real-time work which minimizes document confusion through email communications. The meeting scheduler together with the minute-taking tool simplifies planning processes and produces reliable documentation. I can establish permissions that dictate which users can access restricted data for increased security purposes and regulatory compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The system requires better search capabilities because users need to spend excessive time locating needed documents and previous discussions. The notification system creates too much information noise thus additional customization features would improve the experience. The user interface on mobile devices needs redesign for the benefit of board members who have limited experience with technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boardable?

Boardable is how it simplifies everything at work place. I mean...agendas, meetings, and followups, these all things at one place. It’s built with real board needs in mind, saving time and reducing stress. It just makes things feel organized and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Boardable is great, but it can feel a bit limited for larger organizations needing deep customization or complex workflows. Sometimes, the interface feels too simplified, and a few advanced features such as, deeper reporting can be more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

What do you like best about Boardable?

What I like most about Boardable is the way that it organizes meetings. Before the meeting even begins, everything is neatly organized, there’s no scrambling to find the perfect agenda or failing to come across missing documents. Another great addition to the built in voting feature makes it much easier to gather input. It eliminates rounds of back and forth emails or side conversations in order to make a decision. It’s a good way to maintain board discussions on track and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

There is one thing that could be improved in Boardable, and that is the responsiveness of some of the features. Uploading or accessing documents sometimes takes a short lag that makes it harder to review files quickly. Additionally, the search function isn’t always that accurate so it isn’t always obvious what I’m looking for. However, these small inefficiencies compound themselves and make that everything can be ready slower than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Joan,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that Boardable has helped you organize meetings more efficiently, communication, and keep your Board discussions focused and productive. We appreciate your feedback on responsiveness and search accuracy. We understand how they can add up—we have shared this feedback with our engineering team.

What do you like best about Boardable?

Boardable provides an exceptional organizational system that collects everything under one integrated platform. Our previous disorganized system of document storage has been replaced by Boardable which stores our complete set of meeting materials and agendas alongside minutes. The system enables our board members to retrieve all needed materials through their handheld devices. The voting system enables efficient and fast completion of tasks. Boardable helps our team save substantial time when we make decisions through its efficient processes. The best part? The built-in reporting system enables us to monitor both progress and our set goals. We cut three hours of work every week through the reporting feature of this software providing a major time advantage for our active agenda. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The app sometimes experiences technical problems during file uploads of large file sizes. Having to rush while working with the app becomes annoying because the file refuses to upload. Large file uploads occasionally create difficulties for the app users although this issue is not critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Salvatore,

Thank you for your detailed review! We're thrilled to hear how Boardable has saved your team time and keeping everyone aligned. It's great to know that features like document access, polls, and built-in reporting have had such a positive impact, including shaving off hours of work each week.

We appreciate your note on large file upload issues. We understand how frustrating it can be—your Customer Success Manager can help troubleshoot or offer best practices to work around it.

What do you like best about Boardable?

Boardable has dramatically improved our meeting organization and follow up process. Before Boardable, we were spending hours chasing approvals and reminders via email which sometimes caused miscommunication and delays. With Boardable we've got a central place to manage meetings, assignments, approvals, which has made our work much more efficient and tidy. This has been such a difference maker for our team, allowing us to get on with our tasks and clients without having to worry about administrative headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Overall we love Boardable, but there are a couple things that could be improved upon. The platform loads occasionally, and even if it is ready it may take time for the platform to load since you are in a hurry. The mobile app also has a few improvements the could be made, its freezing from switching tabs or scrolling through documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Ayme,

Thank you for your review! We're so happy to hear how Boardable has streamlined your meeting organization, approvals, and follow-ups. It’s great to know it’s helped eliminate the back-and-forth and allowed your team to stay focused on the work that matters most.

We appreciate your feedback on platform loading and the mobile app experience. If the app continues freezing or lagging, your Customer Success Manager would be happy to walk through some troubleshooting steps or share updates.

"A great way to organize meetings and tasks"

What do you like best about Boardable?

The best thing about Boardable is that it has made communication and accountability in our board meeting clear. We don’t any longer search in emails or documents by the times following what we build need. All is presented and tracked all in one place. And I like that it helps keep everyone accountable too with backups, since you assign tasks and track progress it’s much smoother to follow up. For the sake of time, this has saved, and reduced the need to keep checking things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The main thing I don’t like with Boardable is the limited flexibility of adding custom agendas for meetings. These pre set formats are good, but sometimes they don’t fit exactly what we want, mostly when we need to change format for specific discussions or when things change without notice. I’ve come to wish my agendas were slightly more flexible so that such as collaboration with agendas related to specific meeting objectives. Now that’s not a big thing, but a more built in agenda feature would be a nice improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Oliver,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that Boardable has helped centralize your Board’s communication, streamline document access, and improve accountability with task tracking—all while saving valuable time.

We appreciate your feedback on agenda flexibility. While the preset formats are helpful, we understand the need for more customization, especially when meetings shift. Your suggestion for more collaborative, objective-specific agenda features is a great one and will be shared with our team.

What do you like best about Boardable?

I most like that Boardable brings all aspects of board management together into one, efficient space. You don’t need to rummage through emails or all the different folders as everything now sits in one place - documents, schedules, and meeting notes included. But what I also love is that it tracks action items and assign them to people so follow ups are easy and that puts people on their tracking. This makes it transparent, so that everyone can see what task they have been assigned and by what date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Boardable does get the basics right, but there are a few limitations as well. I’m having a rough time with the lack of customization as far as the meeting agenda templates go. They’re fine as they are, but a tad more flexibility would be useful when customizing what each offers for a type of meeting. Additionally, the notification system is far from perfect, for example, I can find myself getting so many notifications that it’s really hard to filter out the most important updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Cassie,

Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear that Boardable has helped centralize your Board management—keeping documents, schedules, notes, and action items all in one place. It’s great to know the platform has supported better transparency, follow-through, and accountability for your team.

We appreciate your feedback on meeting agenda customization and the notification system. Boardable does allow for notification customization. If you’re finding the volume overwhelming, we recommend adjusting your notification preferences in your settings to better fit your workflow.

And as always, your Customer Success Manager is happy to walk you through it if you need a hand.

"Now we can organize board meetings significantly faster"

What do you like best about Boardable?

The best thing I like most about Boardable is that it makes it possible to collaborate while you’re in the board meeting. The meeting materials are easily accessible, easy comments, and suggestions can easily be made as needed for everyone. I’ve found that the voting function is a real bonus for gathering quick feedback from the team and making decision making more efficient. We love that now that we can schedule recurring meetings we don’t have to do back and forth with whoever we’re scheduling with in order to pick a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

What’s frustrating about Boardable is its inability to share meeting materials outside of the platform because it’s very rigid. If you want to reach someone who isn’t on the platform, it’s more effort than it should be and it’s not as smooth as I’d like. On top of that, on the platform it’s excellent for managing meetings, but it’s not really otherwise great for task management beyond what’s behind that meeting, which can be restrictive when you’re working on projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Killian,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that Boardable has made collaboration during meetings easier, from accessing materials to sharing comments and using the voting feature to speed up decision-making. And we love that recurring meeting scheduling has saved you time and eliminated the back-and-forth.

We appreciate your feedback on sharing materials outside the platform and on broader task management. Just a quick note—sharing meeting materials outside of Boardable is possible! We recommend connecting with your Customer Success Manager to walk you through how to do that.

What do you like best about Boardable?

What I love most about Boardable is how it’s transparent about collaboration across the board. It makes getting a clear overview of what every team member is working on, then organizes everything in a way that nothing slips through the cracks, easy. The best part has been that it has fostered a sense of accountability with the team. I also like how it keeps us all aligned, without a lot of bowing nose after bowing nose, and this also helps us to track decisions and action items very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

I really like Boardable's features however one thing that I'm a bit annoyed with is the simple lack of flexiblity as it relates to meeting structures. The standard templates aren’t quite as good for our more complex meetings. I also wish, however, that there were more options to personalize the workflow to a more specific need. However, with meeting management options, you have to accept the fact that there are workarounds for meeting management, that might be time consuming and disrupt the flow of a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Ewa,
