I like the way Boardable makes our processes of governance official. Board communication used to be disseminated in emails before it was used. At this point, it can be said that meeting preparation is controlled and documented with frequent use. The features that made approvals and task follow ups enhanced the responsibility of members. We also incorporated it into outlook calendars to coordinate the time table, and it did not take much upheaval to our routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What worries me is that options of document presentation are somehow limited. Although it has good governance features, we sometimes make good reports individually and upload them later. This additional measure is also a bit of inefficiency to our preparation cycle and a burden to the administration, as we do that most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
