"Structured board meetings and clear accountability"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I like the way Boardable makes our processes of governance official. Board communication used to be disseminated in emails before it was used. At this point, it can be said that meeting preparation is controlled and documented with frequent use. The features that made approvals and task follow ups enhanced the responsibility of members. We also incorporated it into outlook calendars to coordinate the time table, and it did not take much upheaval to our routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

What worries me is that options of document presentation are somehow limited. Although it has good governance features, we sometimes make good reports individually and upload them later. This additional measure is also a bit of inefficiency to our preparation cycle and a burden to the administration, as we do that most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized governance and committee coordination with Boardable is now super simple for me"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The aspect that strikes me about Boardable is the sheer amount of features that concern governance in particular. Task tracking, e-signatures and committee management are commonly used by us. The connection with Google Drive enables us to create updated financial documents and connect them to the email without sending unlimited emails. Although implementation involved a definite setting up of roles, once it was done, we used it more often since board members could now have one stable place to meet and read materials prior to the meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Boardable has one weakness in that there is limited scope of customization. In the implementation exercise, we discovered that we did not have the capability to completely customize workflows to our internal approval process. This affected our work since we were required to change some of our routines to meet the platform. Besides, the ease of use is satisfactory when it comes to simple tasks but advanced functions are limiting. Integration is effective but in case of synching problems, it may postpone the preparation of the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Accountability and Streamlines Board Activities"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The part that I like the most about Boardable is that it enhances accountability and ensures that all the board members stay accountable. I visit it daily to handle action items, exchange important documents and monitor the task completion. Such features as reminders and voting assistance guarantee that the decisions are stipulated appropriately, which makes the activities of the boards more transparent and structured in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The only negative thing about Boardable is that certain functions to monitor the engagement or collaboration can be more specific. As an illustration, it is not always necessary to use manual follow up to know who has already reviewed documents or completed tasks in a particular manner. These flaws sometimes hinder the work of the board and necessitate the additional effort to make sure that accountability is upheld. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boardable secures every document, fostering confident board decisions."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

Boardable is truly remarkable at dealing with separate, yet linked governance agencies. Each group within our national board, regional committees and special projects each have their own virtual spaces. The distinctiveness of this reduces the chance of sharing sensitive conversations across groups which might be embarrassing at the same time preserving a complete record of each individual. We are able to easily tell who has seen essential policies and when which is priceless in our compliance structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Our multi layered organization turned out to be somewhat tricky to first organize. Management of organizing all our regional chapters and all their sub committees proved to be more front end planning than budgeted. Moreover, it is not as simple as we would like to believe, to be able to pull the consolidated reporting of those individual units to have a comprehensive strategic picture. "Centralized communication for board members"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The most notable thing is that Boardable simplifies the board governance. The day to day activities such as scheduling, sharing of agendas and following up on approvals are made easier. Calendars and the integration with Zoom ensure that everything is in a same place. The functionality of the platform allows my team to remain within the deadlines and the stress of organizing numerous documents and meetings is decreased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Limitations in reporting and exporting are one of the weaknesses. The interface is slow with huge boards or numerous attachments. These problems occasionally compel us to make some notes manually off the platform, creating an additional burden during the peak season. These restrictions may affect work process efficiency in spite of the assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth solution for group planning scheduling"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The thing that I love about Boardable is that the setup seems more stable once all the implementation is done. Google Calendar is integrated, and I do not spend time planning schedules. The feature package is very comfortable with my daily routine and I make use of it most of the times when I have prep days. It has also assisted in reducing minor misunderstandings and it makes our meetings smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The primary aspect that I do not like about Boardable is that it has certain areas that are a little bit lagging behind that makes it slower when using it at a faster pace. Due to the restricted features in some regions, the work becomes more time consuming as compared to the normal time. Calendar updates do not always show immediately so I need to check details. All these minor problems accumulate during busy days and break my flow somewhat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth solution for board meeting coordination"

What do you like best about Boardable?

The aspect that impresses me is that Boardable provides certain sanity to my meeting planning process. I am in it constantly preparing materials and maintaining the list of things to be done. It facilitates the group acting as a unit rather than having everybody doing their own thing. I use it so frequently that it has become a part of my process of staying focused on the engaging days, thus, making my time management much more relaxed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

What I do not like is that there are certain sections that seem a bit rigid in the process of planning the larger discussion which spans across multiple meeting. It even makes me repeat some of the steps which I would have preferred to complete sooner. I make a lot of use of it and therefore I can see these slowdowns more than I would like. The customer service has been useful as I had questions, yet the restrictions do indeed create more work during high seasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must have platform for virtual meeting and document management"
5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I am happy with how easy it is to transform from physical meeting to virtual meeting session, this moves is fully supported by majority of board members as they don't need to attend meeting physically and can join the session from anywhere. Document and meeting material like analytic report or performance graph management is secure, it is stored on cloud storage that give easy access to board members to view. Regarding integration, we connect with DocuSign for e-signature, meaning all the document is now sign digitally, no need for physical paper and pen anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Only one dislike when we initially implement the platform for our board members to use, not everyone is technology savvy and willing to learn for new changes. It takes around half a year for all members to fully adopting the virtual meeting technology and accepting transformation. I would suggest for a friendlier training session or user guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Fahmi,

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled that moving from in-person to virtual meetings was smooth for your board—and that secure, cloud-based access to reports and materials, plus the DocuSign e-signature integration, are saving you from paper shuffles.

We hear your feedback on the learning curve. To help boards ramp faster, we offer live board training (friendly, hands-on sessions for members). Your CSM can arrange a session tailored to your board’s comfort level and workflows.

It’s also great to hear that Board Packets and automations make it easy to assemble agendas, materials, and invites—especially for urgent sessions. Thanks again for choosing Boardable!

"Quick solutions for managing pre-meeting and post meeting, all in one place"
5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

Keeping meeting record and minutes from previous meeting is simple, it is easy to search and find back data regarding previous meeting discussion and voting decision by board members and task that is distributed to each members. Storing confidential material/data on the cloud storage is secure and members can access the document instantly without having to install other third-party software. Calendar integration is very helpful, it can connect with various type of calendar apps that member use and automatically sync the next meeting date reminder on their calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Getting used to using a virtual meeting platform for board members is not easy for our less tech savvy members, they are actually prefer for physical meeting session, after several meeting session held, they are now fully grasp on how easy is to using the platform. Implementation is easy, but some users need longer time for the learning curves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilaria Constine of Boardable

Suhaila,

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad Boardable makes it simple to keep minutes and past decisions organized, quickly search prior discussions/votes, and securely centralize materials—plus sync meetings to everyone’s calendars.

We offer live board training—a short, hands-on session tailored for members that covers finding documents, joining meetings, casting votes, and tracking tasks, with time for Q&A. This should be helpful when onboarding new members or to reinforce the basics.

Thanks again for calling out how having everything in one place has eliminated missing or outdated files.

"Brought order to our board meetings, ending endless email chains"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The best thing is that Boardable manages to make our board communications centralized. The availability of all meeting minutes, agendas and supporting documents in a single secure and accessible location implies we will use less time to find stuff and more time to plan. The approvals are also easily tracked by the audit trail, which has also been a great help to the compliance team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The access to archived documents would be more convenient in the mobile application. Moreover, although the platform is usually user friendly, the process of adding new individuals with certain permission levels can be slightly more difficult than I would like it to be in the cases of the fast team building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
