"Helps our teams manage meeting agendas and documents efficiently"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I like Boardable because it enhances board clarity in its communication. It assists in making sure that all the individuals are equipped with the same information prior to meetings hence confusion is minimal. I also admire the fact that it makes documents easily accessible under one roof to be reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

I find the fact that it is not always smooth when making changes to shared materials to be bothersome. It may be a bit limiting when more than two individuals are working on the same documents. It is also more difficult than anticipated to work with a great deal of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easier visibility on deadlines and actions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The main reason why I like Boardable is that it eases the task of managing board activities. Meetings, sharing of agendas and tracking of responsibilities are also centralized thus, saving time and confusion is minimized. The Reminder and tasks assignment feature is impressive. My everyday work has been enhanced by it as I am now aware of what every board member should do and the meetings are now productive and well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

I do not like that there is a cumbersome feel when dealing with several tasks or updates at the same time in Boardable. Sometimes it involves additional actions when making changes to multiple items, which is slowing me down. This has affected my work in times of heavy work schedules because simple changes will take a longer than anticipated time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Meetings with Quick Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I like Boardable for the unified view during virtual meetings, which allows me to see my fellow board members video and the board's packet on the same screen without switching between Zoom and PDFs. I especially like the one-click packet builder, which takes all my uploaded reports, automatically numbers the pages, and creates a table of contents, saving me hours of manual formatting. I also like the mobile apps sync that board members can review the full packet on their phone before entering the meeting session, everyone is coming prepared and able to add more insights to make the meeting beneficial. The initial setup is simple, mainly because we had enough support from the customer support team that assisted us with all the workflow and technical issues, allowing us to set up our first virtual board meeting in less than fifteen minutes. What do you dislike about Boardable?

I think Boardable needs to improve the video bandwidth because it can be a bit demanding on the internet connection. If a board member or participant has a slow Wi-Fi connection, the video might lag more than it should. Additionally, the task manager is great for simple items, but you can't create subtasks or a complete project list. I have to keep more complicated projects in separate software and only use basic task on Boardable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Management, Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about Boardable?

I really like the build-in signature feature on Boardable, which lets me upload a document to the document center and tag exactly where I need a signature. It's great that I can check who's signed in real time. I appreciate the new dashboard menu because it's easier to glance over progress, view RSVPs, or check pending signatures without clicking through every tools on the dashboard. The setup is very intuitive, and we used the setup guide to integrate well with Google Calendar. Our team members were synced up in a minute. The most impressive part is the universal search tool, which indexes everything we uploaded immediately and allows our team to find records from two years ago just by typing a keyword. What do you dislike about Boardable?

I think what needs to improve is with the e-signature utility tools because when the signature tools convert a document to PDF, it sometimes messes up the spacing and the layout of the original document. I want the conversion to be 100% perfect every time so I don't have to edit the layout back. And one more thing is the filter position. When I search for the people directory and click into a profile, then go back, I want the app to remember my search so I don't have to type it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Board Meetings with Quorum Verification"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I like the meeting engagement dashboard in Boardable a lot. It's a smart screen that shows me who's ready for the meeting and who's participating the most. I also really like the Quorum feature because it saves us about ten minutes of work every time we start a meeting. The initial setup was quite good, thanks to the boarding specialist from Boardable who helped us move our records in just a few days. The manual guides were very simple to follow, making it easy even for our board members who aren't very tech-savvy to RSVP and handle documents. Boardable also handles the security of people that is joining the session by authenticating their credential to ensure only legit board members can access the session. What do you dislike about Boardable?

One thing that I am not satisfied with is the AI meeting minutes builder. They are very good at logging the meeting transcript, but they don't support language translation yet. I wish I could change the transcript to another language automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless attendance tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The most outstanding fact about Boardable is that it makes the preparation and communication of board meetings more organized. I am able to view those who have read documents, send reminders and make sure everything is prepared prior to the meeting. The use of calendar and email applications ensures that the participants remain on track. Its characteristics enable coordination between committees to be so easier and it assists in avoiding a misunderstanding or missing things during the meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

One of its disadvantages that I have observed is that it does not provide quick changes whenever I need it. Some actions are more steps than necessary and even minor updates to them may seem slow. The features are good, but it may be difficult to navigate through them at some point. Such problems may disrupt preparation and cause some stress in making changes at the last minute. "Clear responsibilities and smoother team coordination"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

One of the things that I like about Boardable is that it introduces some level of consistency to the board meetings and communication. The features included in arranging agendas and making decisions will be a good addition to my day to day duties. I also appreciate the automatic notifications which make participants active. This has made my work life different, as I do not have to bother about updates being missed and with all of them prepared better, the meetings became smoother and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

I do not like that there are too many steps needed to perform certain actions during the time when they are most needed, and this delays. Although the quantity of features is satisfactory, some of its workflows are repetitious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boardable supports our structured board meeting preparation"
4/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I like that Boardable helps with long term board administration as opposed to individual meetings. We have many places where we have used it regularly to archive governance policies, committee notes and board resolutions as far as each meeting cycle is concerned. The amount of features can preserve a reference of board decisions throughout the year. Once implemented, our leadership team is able to go over previous discussions and be aware of the way some decisions were made, and this has enhanced continuity between meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

One of the weaknesses that I have observed with Boardable concerns the examination of past board information. As our organization has been using the platform over the years, numerous meeting records and governance documents are stored in the platform. Seeking a particular discussion of a previous meeting may take some additional time when I use it more often before the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organizing board meetings and tasks is finally effective in our company"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

The most impressive thing is that it offers transparency and organization to board processes. All meetings, documents and task items are well exposed to the corresponding members and this ensures accountability is kept straight. The features provided enable me to assign follow ups, make comments on proposals, and maintain a history of discussions. Since it is used often, accountability is enhanced by the frequency of use and enables decisions to be made without the needless back and forth communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

One of the challenges that I have observed is the fact that high level permissions and notifications are not always simple. The high level of features is useful, although it may be inconsistently used by the members of the board, resulting in something being overlooked. These little holes are apparent given the fact that it is in constant use. Additionally, it may be rather time consuming to format or arrange documents needed during meetings which sometimes is an additional burden before every meeting. "Boardable is perfect for organized board management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

Boardable is unique in that it enhances accountability in our board. Being an operations manager, I always have to check the assignments and the result of the voting, and the abundance of options that surround the participation tracking is quite helpful. People can make meetings more effective with the help of automated notifications and structured meeting agendas. With Google Workspace, everyone can use it without any misunderstanding of the right documents. It makes everyone aware of his or her duties and can minimize misunderstandings in the activity of board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

One of the weaknesses I have observed is that some operations like uploading a large number of files simultaneously or setting up the notifications are tedious. Introduction of user roles could not be done carelessly, and this took more time to set up. Members may not always see the entirety of reminders or updates, which provides little spaces in communication. Such problems do not halt the work of the board, yet they sometimes force the personnel to waste some time in making things clear or resending documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
