It also has a bit of a traditional layout that can result in confusion and the less efficient flow during the initial setup or while looking for certain options. Boardable is the perfect answer to meeting disorganization and disjointed messages because it offers us a vehicle for all of our meeting requirements. It has enhanced how we handle agendas, the recording of the meetings’ minutes, and the storage of relevant documents. The improvements of this software have made communications to be much easier given it facilitates flow of communication in relation to other members. The strongest feature of Boardable is the fact that all the tasks connected to boards are available in one platform. Coordinating meetings, sharing of documents and tracking of a number of tasks among various people is made easy. The agenda builder, as the name suggests, is rather valuable for the creation and dissemination of agendas. Boardable is integrated with our calendar so the meeting times are integration with the calendar which has been really effective in increasing our communication and effectiveness. This has led to some conflict especially for the team members who are not so conversant with computers hence taking sometime to complete tasks. Boardable has addressed some concerns within our organization especially on the management of board meetings and documents. It has been easy in arranging appointments and sharing the schedules, which required much dialogues before. In my opinion, the best aspect of Boardable is that it allows for easy board meeting scheduling and management through a very intuitive platform and features. Communicating via scheduled meetings, sharing documents and tracking the tasks has become much easier. One of the features that I have benefited from are the Google Workspace integrations which allow users to easily synchronise calendars and files. What I like the most about Boardable is that it is so simple to navigate. It is easy to use and all the board members are equally able to find their way and fully engage. The features like building an agenda and tasks help in making our board meetings more efficient. Integration with other tools such as google calendar and zoom makes it easier to use. What do you dislike about Boardable? What I dislike about Boardable is that the mobile application may sometimes take a lot of time to load and is not so friendly to use during the meetings. This sometimes leads to the inconveniences of lagging when opening documents or attempting to join a conversation on the go. There is also the issue of the cost which can be relatively expensive for the smaller organizations and thus an issue to our budget. I believe that if the mobile app has better performance and the pricing policy is more flexible, then Boardable would be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you? Boardable enables us to have proper order and organization in handling the board meetings. It has provided us with a platform and a focus for organizing our time, our work, and our documents. This centralization has helped in making work fluent, cutting down administrative work, and in passing out information to all. I can note that the enhanced protection of documents and quick access to the materials prepared for meetings have a positive impact on preparation and efficiency. Boardable is beneficial and good at handling all board activities in one intuitive interface tool. It consolidates the preparation of an agenda, the circulation of the documents, and the tracking of the actions to be taken, in a single application. The integration with our calendar system provides added efficiency in our scheduling and reduces instances of calendar copying that is normally time consuming especially when it comes to board meetings. It is noteworthy that Boardable has certain drawbacks, and the lack of flexibility in adjusting the meeting schedule and documents is one of the most significant. Sometimes it becomes difficult to work on such platforms because they are not very flexible, and we cannot easily bend it to fit our needs. Moreover, although it is mostly stable, we have experienced that the platform becomes laggy during high traffic periods, which in turn affects our meetings’ preparation process and optimizes the work. In essence, Boardable assist in solving the challenge of board meeting management malaise, which is characterized by the disconnection of tasks and the relocation of all of them into a single interface. This integration helps to enhance the creation of the agenda, sharing of documents and following up on action items. What I like about Boardable to me is that it is easy to use and that has made organizing board meetings and documents so easy. It also integrates well with other tools that we use such as Google Drive, and Zoom among others. Another thing that I appreciate is the availability of multiple functions including setting up a meeting, sharing the documents, and having an ability to track attendance. Sometimes I get mad because Boardable can not always exceed the demand when it comes to uploading many files that are too big for it which may bring negative results to our projects. And also the mobile application possesses less functionality than the web version as well, so it is a serious problem for the board members who have to work remotely. Some of these have led to slight hitches in the conduct of meetings and sharing of documents. All in all, the efficiency of the processes has been increased by our organization besides improving the quality of the technology. The Tracking features of the software, Managing Tasks, and Storing documents ensure efficiency in the working of the board.
