I find that Boardable really helps boost accountability in our team. From attendance tracking to action item follow ups, features such as these have made tasks occur within time, thus boosting our productivity. I also like the way the document storage is secure and thus helps us keep our board discussions up to the mark during which we can share the information without being concerned about confidentiality issues. What do you dislike about Boardable? Boardable’s main drawback can be mentioned as less efficiency when working with a large number of large boards simultaneously. This is particularly a problem with notifications which can become cluttered and sporadic because decisions and essential tasks get lost in notification jungle. In addition, the mobile version is not as interactive and functional as the desktop one, which is not very comfortable for a person who controls his colleagues and subordinates from one or another distance. The result of having Boardable is the improved communication and decision making which is evident in our company. The tracking tools make sure every process right from the meetings gets implemented as a place dedicated for documents lets it implement more smoothly, making everyone work in confluence with each other and gives us everyone a clear perspective about the goals. It's hard to adjust reports to individual needs. Moreover, the mobile app is no where near smooth and responsive as the desktop one, so it does not quite come as a convenient option for people who tend to work away from the desktop. Boardable helps me love how it enhances accountability in our meetings. With the feature of task management, we get to assign important action items and track the progress, while receiving feedback and following up as needed. But another standout is the agenda builder which keeps meetings focused and productive. It works extremely well dealing with reminders, keeping everyone unified and prepared. For those already using Boardable, one gripe I have is that task deadlines aren’t extremely flexible when it comes to customizing them. How it sometimes cont single project limits timelines of larger projects. Besides, it is sometimes facing file upload glitches during prep for meetings. It’s a task management system to ensure that everyone understands who is accountable for what and not having to follow up on delays. Dashboard interface for Boardable is a top notch, every tools and menu is specifically placed within its categories and making it easy for board members to find tools that they need, especially related to the meeting operation need. Coordination and meeting date schedule between participant is simple to organized, meeting reminder is sent to platform that particpant choose, either on email, calendar or on the notification center. Building meeting report based on minute meeting logs that is recorded automatically via audio has increase content accurancy and no important minute is mistakenly missing on the report. There’s no real time collaboration on editing files, so we have to use external tools to work on documents with our team around, and throw a wrench in our process and introduce extra steps to get a simple job done. The most impressive strength that I was able to capture from Boardable is improved ability in managing meetings. The biggest downside that I have noticed when using Boardable is that it can be somewhat challenging to alter the action item tracking and the agenda templates at times. It can be somewhat rigid due to the set templates whereby it becomes a little hard to vary the templates to fit certain circumstances. Moreover, although the document management is valuable, the search functionality within the documents may take time and pause to show the result while searching for some information during the meeting. One of the big helps for integration with Zoom, is that we can simply join meetings right from the platform. That means we’ve had to set reminders to manually see if anything has changed which slows the workflow by just a bit. Many times in the past, coordinating meeting time and planning how various documents should be shared was a problem, due to confusion. Today with the help of our all encompassing Boardable tool we manage the setting of the agenda and the conduct of votes seamlessly too.
