What do you like best about Board?

Thanks to the low/no code approach it is very easy (even for people from the business) to implement and to create data models and screens.

Given the fact you start with a whiteboard, the variety of applications that can be developed is extensive.

Number of supporting partners is growing which gives in combination with the Board support a good level of customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board?

Licensing is sometimes a bit strange, lowest level of license is very limited in terms of capabilities.

Calculations are easy to implement but it lacks sometimes visibility on the intermediary steps/results which can be useful when developing new things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Budget and Forecast modules are user friendly, able to integrate with main ERP system for actuals."

What do you like best about Board?

- Easy to enter and update forecast/budget information.

- Our general ledger system interfaces with BOARD and is updated daily. So it's also easy to see actuals posted at a point in time.

- A number of individuals in our company use BOARD multiple times per day with few if any issues. [The software has never crashed on us]. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board?

1. Customer support - whenever we have an issue it is usually addressed quickly. However, we've had a recurring issue a few months now that was reported and investigated, however it remains unresolved. Also, we've asked for a specific task to be completed and the response we received is challenging us on the reason(s) we want the task completed at that specific time. To clarify - the 'task' is done during the same time each year and customer support assists us with that each year.

2. It is not easy to generate reports in BOARD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some fuctionalities like nexel and beam can't be used properly and ehile implementing more than 4 dimensions dynamically on the view so that they show possible conbinations against all dimensions by rows it fails to render taht multidimensionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really great performance tool"

What do you like best about Board?

My favourite thing about Board is how easy it is to use the layouts and other visualisations.

With just a few clicks, you can quickly change the way the data is displayed, add graphics, change the granularity, etc.

I also appreciate how easy it is to create procedures and schedule them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board?

Performance can sometimes be poor when trying to process very large volumes of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Board?

Implementation and synchronization with the company database is easy to perform; Provides accurate insights into changes that need to be made; Provides assistance with decision making; The level of knowledge in IT is basic to be able to implement the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board?

When we did our first implementation, we had a lot of slowness problems getting data. Our database was very large and we needed help from support to get the software running everything we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
