While Board offers the beforementioned complete customization, the UX and the speed are two major hurdles.

It has a steep learning level, which cuts out immediately most executives who use Board at most once or twice per month, so every month they have to re-learn how their reports are structured.

Another big issue is speed, trying to use more than 4-5 categories at once crashes the system and the only way to back out is to refresh the page, and I have to set again the filters, losing me a lot of time.
