End users have the option of configuring respective views in the front end, providing maximum flexibility for viewing and evaluating data at any time in real time! Around 120-140 users access the Board application daily for planning, reporting, and forecasting. The development, implementation and Integration with a Board partner took place quickly and efficiently within a few months. Customer support from Board and their partners is always available and works in a solution-oriented, fast manner that meets our expectations. The customization Board offers is unparalleled, I have never seen a similar level in other tools. In the same reports used by my colleagues, I am able to mix and match different categories and segments and hide different columns with ease without the fear of deleting something. While Board offers the beforementioned complete customization, the UX and the speed are two major hurdles. It has a steep learning level, which cuts out immediately most executives who use Board at most once or twice per month, so every month they have to re-learn how their reports are structured. Another big issue is speed, trying to use more than 4-5 categories at once crashes the system and the only way to back out is to refresh the page, and I have to set again the filters, losing me a lot of time. Board allows a complete overview of both Financial Forecasting and Pipeline analysis to major Account managers. The financial forecasting allows our company to have structured and readily available budgets, all standardized and timely delivered and the possibility to check if business is being conducted with specific clients and its value. The pipeline analysis (What I follow the most) allows us in the central office to always know what is going on, even without asking the Account managers, its also useful to see if we are on track with the business objectives of the year.
