Your point about being able to give access to specific packs within a shelf in place of full historical access is something that we are aware of that can be a thorn in the side, however we hope this will be addressed in future updates, however until then, our support team are always happy to assist with any changes or user setups that you may require.

It is great to hear that the platform is helping streamline your workflow, particularly around requesting and chasing papers, and that having everything stored centrally is supporting both audits and director induction. It is also good to hear that onboarding and support have been positive for you.

Setup and integration steps can sometimes require a bit of additional configuration depending on the environment, and our support team are always on hand to assist with any issues or difficulties in those areas to get everything running smoothly.
