What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I really appreciate the ease of receiving confidential reports and accessing papers for each agenda item. It's also very easy to click in the agenda to find the relevant papers, which is a major convenience. The Comment tool is something I use and value a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy with the supplied initial login details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’re really glad the platform is making it simple to access papers and navigate through agenda items, that ease of use is exactly what we aim for. It’s also good to hear the comment feature has been useful in your workflow, and that getting started was straightforward from day one.

We appreciate the note on zoom controls as well, this is something we can certainly take on board as we continue to refine the experience however with that said I would like to recommend that the devices zoom function can also be used in tandem with the built in app zoom allowing a better tailored control.

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

Board Intelligence is a very intuitive system which has received very positive feedback from our Board members over the years. The e-signature function has made signing our minutes a much more efficient process. Their customer support is brilliant and any issues or questions are addressed quickly. Any add-on features, such as Insights, come with a relatively significant additional cost however the core portal provides everything we need so this is not a major issue for our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
