I really appreciate how Board Intelligence makes it quick and easy to prepare agendas and meeting packs and circulate them securely. I've used several board portals over the years, and I find Board Intelligence to be the most user-friendly for both administrators and readers. Their support team is second to none and responds quickly whenever I need assistance. It's telling that we've been using Board Intelligence for over 10 years, despite the presence of many competitors. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I value that immensely. I really like Board Intelligence because it is super easy to use. It has a very customer-friendly interface, which makes it very intuitive for me. It's super easy and quick to get everything done. We use Board Intelligence to consolidate all our papers for the North Area Quality Sub-Committee. This has made our processes much smoother and more efficient, saving us time and cutting down on the back-and-forth typically involved in meeting preparation. With everything stored in a single location, board members can easily access the documents they need and keep up to date.

I have a few minor dislikes, mostly related to cosmetic aspects. For instance, when formatting papers and agendas, the layout and fonts occasionally shift, requiring some additional adjustments before the documents are finalized. Bit more flexibility would be appreciated - eg able to select and delete multiple agenda items if i have copied an agenda but dont need them all. Also the colouring is not to everyone's taste - a little washed out and lots of black on white / grey. i also find that loading powerpoint documents is not always perfect (can change the font style) and tend to save them first as pdfs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform itself is a bit difficult to navigate if you are the pack builder. Also, being able to cross-reference packs/pages is difficult and viewing two pages from two different packs next to each other (ex., main paper + its appendix) glitches quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Board Intelligence is the combination of an intuitive, user-friendly platform and an outstanding support team. The Board portal makes it simple and quick to put together a board and committee packs and create and amend the agendas. I find the timing tool particularly useful to check that I have allocated time correctly and within the meeting timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that a user should be able to have more rights to do stuff by ourselves. Maybe we can also upload a video or a clip that is not only PDF format or Word, but more like MP4 and stuff like that, which will be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your comments around users access, at present we have a wide range of access levels that grant varying controls on the platform however as we release future features the ability to give users more flexibility and control is something we will continue to review.
On the file upload side, our system does handle a variety of different formats as well as allowing the use of hyperlinks to any additional media that may be required, that said your suggestion about supporting additional formats like MP4 is interesting. If you have any specific use cases in mind for how you’d want to use video or other file types, we’d love to hear more a. it would really help inform how we think about future improvements in this area.
